While we understand products get damaged or lost in transit, due to our current size and nature of the product, we aren't offering any refunds. Instead, we're happy to resend a new print, to make up for any lost or damaged purchases. We only require a simple description, of the issue, and photograph of damaged item (if damaged). Once received, we'll immediately ship out the new item and get it to you — as quickly as possible.
